Yellowbird Brunch Takeover at The Peached Tortilla

Looking to spice up your weekend plans with something fun? Peached Tortilla and Yellowbird are teaming up on Saturday, March 16, and Sunday, March 17, from 10:30 a.m. - 2:30 p.m. to host some flavorful brunch services! The Peached Tortilla will be running a limited regular brunch menu, plus several special dishes featuring Yellowbird, the world’s tastiest hot sauce made in Texas. Guests will also have a chance to “Spin-to-Win” some Yellowbird merchandise such as hats, t-shirts, tattoos, stickers, and a bottle of their cult classic hot sauces, while supplies last. Reservations are encouraged (On Peached Tortilla website), but are not required. Special Items Menu: Yellowbird Hot Chicken Sandwich: Creamy apple saw, japanese sesame pickles, on a Slow Dough potato bun - this sandwich features a hot chili sauce with Yellowbird Garlic Shiitake sauce, brown sugar, paprika and cayenne. Hash: Southern dry rubbed brisket, yellow onion, shiitake, red bell pepper, pasture-raised egg, Yellowbird Plum Reaper crema - the hash is paired with the a crema that incorporates both the plum reaper and horseradish and is garnished with green onions Hand-crafted Cocktails: Bloody Mary: Made with Vodka and Yellowbird Habanero Bloody Mary mix
