Book Club - The Way of Integrity
Join Shuniya Yoga Collective for our next book club gathering! This event will be held in person at the studio.
We look forward to bringing together a diverse community of curious minds to review books on the topics of mindfulness and yogic practices in a fun and welcoming group discussion setting. We meet quarterly, so that each participant has time to read and enjoy the book at their leisure.
Josh Hale, a reading enthusiast and daily meditator, will facilitate an open discussion around the book’s core topics and takeaways.
Our next book is The Way of Integrity by Martha Beck
This book club is FREE and open for all, but please RSVP to join! We encourage people to read as much of the book as possible in advance of our meeting, so you can share your thoughts and expand your experience of the writing. We will have one gathering to discuss this book and at the end we will announce the next quarter's book, so you can pick it up at the studio and start reading!
