NFA Burger Pop-Up Event at Zoe Tong – Featuring Bijan Mustardson!
On Friday, October 18, burger master Billy Kramer of Atlanta’s NFA Burger (voted Food & Wine’s best burger in GA) will be popping up at Sí Baby-Q — located on the Zoé Tong patio — in Austin the night before the big game. Chef Billy will be making his famous double stack smashed burger with a special twist — featuring Bijan Mustardson NEW yellow mustard by Former Longhorns Running Back and now NFL star of the Atlanta Falcons, Bijan Robinson. Chef Matthew Hyland of Zoe Tong will also be serving up specialty Dijon Smoked Wings made with Bijan Mustardson’s artisanal dijon mustard offering a rich and subtly spicy kick. It’s a night of Georgia and Texas crossover - and the perfect way to kick off the game weekend!
