This medieval manuscript collected and composed by 13th-century Bavarian clerical students contains unabashedly joyful and passionate songs about love, spring, drinking, philosophy, politics, and more, and it offers a fascinating glimpse into life in the late Middle Ages. With poetry and music both sensual and refined, satirical and sincere, we're rating this concert "PG-13" and highlighting our 10-piece medieval orchestra and early music soloists. Join us!
