Playground ATX to host an Experiential Wine Class on Jan. 15
Playground ATX, an innovative dining incubator where culinary creatives can test, learn and grow their ideas, is opening its doors to the community to allow them to experience first-hand the science behind wine and food pairings on Monday, Jan. 15 from 6 to 7:30 p.m. Led by Playground ATX founder Sue Kim-Drohomyrecky, Zing wine class will aim to simplify the intricacies of food and wine pairings and will provide guests with the opportunity to learn in an accessible, judgment-free zone. Guests will delve into the essential elements of food and wine while sampling different wine pours along with cheese/charcuterie boards. Following the workshop, there will be a Q&A period where participants will have the chance to clarify concepts learned throughout the event and will also be able to learn more about Playground ATX’s mission.
