East Austin neighborhood cocktail bar Parley is turning up the heat this summer with the launch of a new monthly sushi pop-up in collaboration with Aburi TORA, known for its signature flame-seared, Aburi-style sushi experience.
Beginning on Memorial Day, Monday, May 25, guests can enjoy a curated menu of Aburi-style sushi every last Monday of the month through August inside the intimate East Austin cocktail destination. The pop-up will feature expertly crafted sushi seared by open flame, alongside Parley’s elevated cocktail program. To complement the sushi offerings, Parley has also created a specialty cocktail menu inspired by Japanese flavors and ingredients, including:
Shisho Miso — Japanese whiskey, shiso, miso & bitters
Yuzu Negroni — Yuzu sake, gin, vermouth, Campari & neroli
Japanese 75 — Gin, sake, verjus, champagne cordial & bubbles
