Omni Austin Hotel Downtown to Host Georgia / UT Tailgate Party
Omni Austin Hotel Downtown is excited to host its next tailgate party for the Georgia / UT game at its full-service restaurant, Capital A, from 2 to 4 p.m. on Saturday, October 19.
The hotel will serve themed cocktails and mocktails, including The Salty Bulldog with Cara Buena Tequila, agave and grapefruit Jarritos, The Sarkisian Mugarita with Terramara Blanco Tequila, lime and fresh agave in a boot souvenir mug, Longhorn Punch with lemon, Topo Chico, charred orange and strawberries, and Bulldog Punch with cherry limeade, fresh blackberries and citrus fruit.
Bites will include Glory Glory Tacos with wood-smoked brisket, sweet caramelized onions and cotija cheese, the Hook Em Horn Flatbread with pepperoni, roasted red peppers, buffalo mozzarella and mushroom, and duel Game Day Cookies, featuring orange and white Longhorns and black and red Bulldogs.
This event is open to the public, and reservations are not required.
