Meditation Class: Silencing the Noise: Cultivating Calm and Clarity
These uncertain times may be challenging but by following the Buddhist way of life, we can find inner peace and joy, solve our problems with wisdom, and gain the ability to help others.
These classes are taught by Noreen Flack, Resident Teacher at KMC Austin.
Location: Classes will be at South Congress Studio - My Vinyasa (8534 S Congress Ave, Building 2, Austin, TX, 78745). Turn right into the City Vet & Tropical Cafe parking lot.
