The Peached Tortilla Joins Forces with La Volta for Exclusive Dinner Collaboration
Beloved Austin staple, The Peached Tortilla, and popular New York style pizzeria, La Volta, are uniting for an unforgettable one-night-only dining experience! On Thursday, November 9th, guests can enjoy a specialty dinner menu carefully crafted by chefs, Cole Curcio of La Volta and Julio Silva of the Peached Tortilla. Together, their inventive fusion of Southern and Asian cuisine, paired with New York and Italian classics, results in a mouthwatering menu that they’re excited to share with Austin! The menu will offer starters, sides, pizzas, and cocktail specials.
Some dishes diners can look forward to include:
-Korean Fried Chicken Pie with La Volta house ranch
-Char Sui BBQ Pork Pie with caramelized kimchi and scallions
-Hand-pulled Mozzarella with chili crisp and grilled bread
-Banh Mi Meatballs with La Volta’s signature meatball and pickled vegetables
-Asian Caesar Salad with shaved parmesan, bonito and shrimp chips
