Join us on Saturday, October 5th, for a special celebration of autumn traditions! We'll explore the diverse ways people give thanks around the world through the heartwarming book “Harvest Days: Giving Thanks Around the World” by Kate dePalma. After enjoying the story, you can get creative with a hands-on activity where we'll make traditional corn husk dolls. All materials will be provided, so just bring your curiosity and creativity!!
Street parking is FREE until 11am on Saturdays! The MetroRail also stops directly alongside Brush Square Park, adjacent to the museums. Additionally, there are also many public parking garages located near the museum. The nearest paid parking garage is the Austin Convention Center Parking Garage located at 601 East 5th St.
