Wild Hog Boar and Pig Processing Class Saturday April 1, 2023 Gonzales, Texas

Come enjoy a day on the ranch for a learning experience that every hunter can benefit from Wild Hog Butchery Class.  This is a real demonstration and class that teaches the skinning, break down, and final cuts of pigs taught by two instructors that have mastered the traditional art of meat processing. Robyn Carroll,  a professional  hunting guide for over 15 years and lived off grid for 10 years practicing self reliance farming, hunting, and rain collection.   Jim Loos traditionally trained butcher with  6 years on the board of  Wildlife Hunting Association and past Wildlife Co-op President.

What makes this such a beneficial wild pig processing class for hunters and homesteaders is the time honored method being taught. This method will allow you to process the largest of pigs by yourself with minimal equipment. The class starts with a live pig and ends with hams, pork chops, ribs, Boston butts, pork bellies, and pork loins all with just the use of a knife, clever, and hand saw.
