Texas’s (Texas’?) own Matthew Robinson (The Legend of Billie Jean) helms this gonzo entry in pet road movie cannon about a pyrophobic circus dog that escapes his abusive owners and finds friendship with a 90’s redhead named Chuckie. The first 30 attendees will receive an official pack of Bingo! trading cards, but I implore you to keep those wrapped (not due to their $1 resale value on EBay) because the less ya know going into this one the more goofs and spoofs you have to enjoy.
