Dine out for a good cause during Austin Restaurant Weeks, a two-week dining showcase dedicated to addressing food insecurity in the greater Austin, Texas area. Join Hilton Austin's Executive Chef Kevin Michel as he and his team take you on a culinary journey at Cannon + Belle and Austin Taco Project, located inside the hotel, with multi-course lunch and dinner menus carefully crafted and priced especially for the occasion. With a portion of proceeds directly supporting Central Texas Food Bank, Austin Restaurant Weeks is an experience that's worth every bite!
Austin Taco Project:
Serving lunch Monday-Friday, 11 am-2 pm | $25 per person
First Course | Avocado Carpaccio
Potato gaufrette, mushroom & corn herb salad, pickled ginger aioli
Second Course | Taco Trio
Chili lime-poached shrimp salad, cashew, cilantro, taro
Wasabi egg salad, sesame breadcrumb, tobiko roe, wonton
Smoked beef, brisket, ground beef, queso, mother sauce, corn tortilla
Third Course | Taco-Choco
