Hestia Lonestar Dinner Series: Olamaie
Join Hestia this summer as they collaborate with Michelin-recognized chefs from around Texas for their Lonestar Dinner Series. On August 19, Hestia will host Chef Amanda Turner of Olamaie.
Each dinner in the series represents a true collaboration where chefs will cook side by side, sharing techniques and exchanging ideas rooted in the hearth and Texas barbecue tradition. The menu will reflect fire-driven cooking philosophies, featuring local ingredients with global influences.
Each set menu will be $200 per person, with optional wine pairings available for $100 per person.
