MUSE GALLERY: It's Not Hot, Pink @ Good Dad Studios

Good Dad Artists are hosting a group show in the MUSE Gallery inside Good Dad Studios as part of their July, Second Saturday, and Third Thursday events. The exhibit is curated by Autumn Mae and features local artists from inside and outside Good Dad.
It's not Hot, maybe it's just you. Or maybe it's just the hottest it’s been in the last 100,000 years.(1) We are seeing a coupling of our two most dire age-old situationships brought to us in part by our very own evolution: Global warming and the Patriarchy. As temperatures shift back to the beginning of our agricultural revolution from hunter-gatherer, we ourselves shift instead into our newfound technological nomad landscape. With it we bring our Old World problems, as well as our New World ones. “...We can always count on [humans] to do the right thing after they have tried everything else,”(2).
Join us at Good Dad Studios for drinks, snacks and great conversation! And if you are also feeling a bit hot or oppressed or just plain thirsty, feel free to wear a swatch of pink and come support our conversation and cool off with drinks from our sponsors. After all, “...ideas live forever, humans, not so much. You know that, right?”(3).
