Using the Fibonacci sequence as a structural foundation and metaphor for the cyclical and organic nature of culture, the work highlights the ways in which each generation reinterprets and builds upon the past. Each cycle introduces new layers of sound, blending traditional and contemporary instruments in a spiraling progression that reflect the ongoing transformation of heritage. The table is set for community in Mansfield's paintings, and the music causes us to gather and feast as one.
