Loneliness can leave us feeling empty, isolated and unwanted. But loneliness is not necessarily about being alone. It can happen to all of us whether in relationships or not, making it more difficult to make connections with others.
Noreen Flack, Resident Teacher at Kadampa Meditation Center Austin will share Buddha’s advice on feeling close and happy with others without creating an unhealthy mind of attachment.
