Michael O'Connor Headlines The Backstage at El Mercado South
February 6 Michael O’Connor returns to headline The Backstage. O’Connor is a guitarist, singer and songwriter and has performed with musicians including Ray Wylie Hubbard, Slaid Cleaves, Adam Corroll, Susan Gibson, Terri Hendix, and Jeff Plankenhorn. In June 2010, Michael as inducted into the South Texas Music Walk of Fame in Corpus Christi and he has a star bearing his name. He’s released seven albums and is always working on new music. We are happy that he’s back at Durawa Tuesday with Texas Tornado Ernie Durawa, Christ Alcaraz, and Will Owen Gage. Doors: 6:30 pm. Downbeat: 7:00pm. Tasty Tex-Mex and Margaritas are served in the showroom plus amble free parking. Tickets are only $10 at the door.
