Join Texas Fine Wine as we celebrate Texas Wine Month at our annual dinner featuring a 5-course dinner paired with exceptional wines from Bending Branch Winery, Duchman Family Winery, Pedernales Cellars and Spicewood Vineyards. And we invite you to “Come On Over Y’all” and celebrate Come Over October with us – an opportunity to share wine and friendship with friends and family. Hosted on Saturday, October 4 at Duchman Family Winery in Driftwood, the Texas Fine Wine dinner celebrates the end of harvest as well as the hardworking grower and winemaking families who make these outstanding Texas wines. Duchman Chef Antonio Ruiz has created this special menu to pair with our wines: Welcome wine: Bending Branch Winery 2024 Tannat Frizzante 1st course – Pecan zucchini flower fritter, fried green tomato, fried okra, Italian salsa verde, ricotta Bagna Cauda – paired with Spicewood Vineyards 2024 Estate Sauvignon Blanc 2nd course – Compressed watermelon with Gulf crab, goat cheese and pistachios – paired with Pedernales Cellars 2024 Alethia Rosé 3rd course – Sweet potato gnocchi tossed in fig brown butter, served with duck confit and chervil-herbed crème fraîche – paired with Duchman Family Winery 2023 Sangiovese 4th course – Espresso-rubbed lamb with oyster mushrooms, polenta, herb-fried kale – paired with Bending Branch Winery 2020 Petit Verdot Reserve, Narra Vineyards Dessert – Chilled panna cotta with blood orange preserve and brown butter "peanut brittle" – paired with Duchman Family Winery Texas Bianco
