Energy Healing for Expression
Connect and express yourself through art in this restorative, creativity-centered workshop. Participants will meditate, cultivate positive energy, and engage in sensorial exercises that support accessing the inner self and uncovering a unique creative voice.
This session offers practical techniques for grounding, self-connection, and intuitive expression that attendees can incorporate into their artistic and personal practices to foster clarity, confidence, and sustainable creative flow. Participants will also leave with a personal artwork created through these methods. No previous art experience required!
