Despite a recent breast cancer diagnosis of its founder, Jessica Cruz, the event is set to bring a boutique vegan experience to Austin. "We've been planning this tour for Vegan Street Fair for over a year. Austin was on our list of must-visit places on this pilot city tour and we were thrilled to host it. Unfortunately, due to my breast cancer diagnosis, we had to reschedule to December 9th, but we believe in the power of Austin," said Jessica Cruz. "We still wanted to come through to Austin with a smaller footprint to solidify our event in this bustling, beautiful, creative, amazing city. We hope to start small and grow just as large as the Los Angeles event one day, and we can only do that with the support of the local community and the vendors."
