Friends In Town Collaboration Dinner at Canje
Canje, the award-winning modern Caribbean restaurant from Emmer & Rye Hospitality Group, is teaming up with OpenTable and Visa for “Friends in Town,” a new culinary event series part of the Visa Dining Collection. “Friends in Town” brings together renowned chefs from the Visa Dining Collection and guest chefs from around the world to craft exclusive, collaborative dining experiences. These one-of-a-kind events spotlight global flavors, celebrate local ingredients and offer guests immersive, chef-curated menus.
On Wednesday, June 25, Chef Tavel Bristol-Joseph of Emmer & Rye Hospitality Group will host New York City Chefs Osei “Picky” Blackett of Ariapita and Andrew Fowles of Miss Lily’s at Canje for an unforgettable dinner in celebration of Caribbean Heritage Month. The menu will explore the African, Chinese and Indian influences on Caribbean cuisine through the lens of three of today’s most dynamic Caribbean chefs. Reservations for Canje’s Friends in Town Dinner are available on OpenTable from 5 to 10 p.m.
