A one-hour workshop introduces you to aromatherapy to help you choose the essential oils that can improve the quality of sleep and help regain the feeling of tone and energy in the morning when you wake up.
Sleep represents more than a third of our existence. It is an autonomous function, independent of our will and necessary for our good health. A good quality sleep in sufficient quantity is a source of revitalization and repair of all the aggressions of the day.
