Beiroots at Bar Toti
Chef de Cuisine at Este Ale Kuri will host a five-course dinner inspired by Lebanese cuisine in collaboration with Spencer Brown and Becca Seiler of foodie + tina. This event will celebrate the rich flavors and warm hospitality of Lebanese and Middle Eastern dishes while showcasing the precision of Japanese techniques and ingredients. The menu will emphasize the use of locally sourced produce from foodie + tina’s urban farm and Este Garden, as well as sustainable fishing practices.
Featured dishes included: Beet-Orange Blossom Crudo, Garden Tempura with Sumac Yogurt Sauce, + Toasted Rice Knafeh-- just to name a few!
All proceeds will go to World Central Kitchen to support their relief efforts for people affected by crises worldwide, including those impacted by conflict in the Middle East.
There will be 48 reservations total, with two seatings at 5:30pm and 8pm. Ticket price is $120 per person.
