Between the recovery from surgeries, muscle atrophy, premature bone loss, and the effects of chemo and other treatments, women are left weak and physically challenged. Pilates is a gentle restorative exercise regimen perfectly suited for women as they recover and work to rebuild their bodies and range of motion.
