Beginning Ballet POINTE 1 Workshop

(must be 17 or older with ballet experience and currently taking ballet at an intermediate level)* This 6-week workshop meets for only 30 minutes weekly and is designed for adults to put on pointe shoes for the first time, or for the first time in a long time, starting at the absolute beginning. Students should have pointe shoes but are also welcome to take the workshop as a pre-pointe workshop in technique shoes. The 30-minute class will take place at the barre for safe and effective learning. *For the safety of the students, we require previous and current ballet class attendance to ensure strong ankles and feet. This workshop is not for beginners to ballet. The ability to participate is always under the discretion of the instructor. Date & Time: Mondays, March 4 – April 8: 8:30pm – 9:00pm – (6 weeks) – Lucy Record Mondays, April 22 – May 20: 8:30pm – 9:00pm – (5 weeks) – Lucy Record Instructor: Lucy Record Cost: $78 – 6 weeks, $65 – 5 weeks
