Beginning Pointe 1 is for adults who currently Dance at an Intermediate level and are looking to explore Pointe work or to return to their Pointe training after many years. Pointe shoes are required to attend, unless you are taking the class as a pre-pointe workshop and want to wear slippers. For the safety of all attendees, we recommend that everyone be warmed up and stretched before attending.
Adult ballet classes offer a fun way to move your body & stay active, while learning ballet technique.
