Chef Kristen Groth and Chef Alondra Martinez, key players of The Driskill’s culinary team, will present a four-course meal accompanied by custom beer pairings from (512). Guests will enjoy a private dining experience inside the hotel’s 1886 Café and Bakery, starting with passed amuse-bouche appetizers followed by four curated courses including Salmon Tartare (paired with Juicy India Pale Ale), Burrata and Citrus Sala (paired with WIT Belgian Style Wheat Beer), Osso Buco (paired with Black India Pale Ale), and a Milk Chocolate Peanut Butter Semifreddo (paired with OCS Oatmeal Coffee Stout). A four-part summer series will kick off in June, with additional partners to be announced.
