Ambler Rd., Somers Point, NJ. It is a free monthly meet-up, presented by the Somers Point Arts Commission, for anyone seeking inspiration and community connection through creativity in a supportive environment. Every month Shana Kestrel will guide attendees through a different mindfulness exercise that will segway into several timed writing prompts, followed by a group discussion and optional sharing. No experience is necessary. Must be 18 or older.
