Laughter Yoga is a great way to relieve stress and bring more joy to your life. In Laughter Yoga we always laugh for no reason, but please join me on Sunday, September 18th to laugh with Living Beyond Breast Cancer (LBBC) for their Reach and Raise campaign!
LBBC provides programs and services to help people whose lives have been impacted by breast cancer. Their goal is to provide information, community and support that you can trust, is easy for you to access and respectful of you and your situation. All their resources are carefully and frequently reviewed by some of the country’s leading healthcare experts and informed by people living with breast cancer.
