The ALBERTSON COOKING SCHOOL invites you to join Chef Ryan Thompson, formally of Pod, as he teaches us how to infuse Spring flavors into traditional Asian specialties. His tips will help make any dinner party the talk of the town. Modern takes on dim sum are a hallmark of Chef Ryan's approach. Using the bounty of local Spring produce, this class will be a light and fresh adventure through Asian cuisine. Steamed edamame dumplings in a sake soy broth, spicy chicken potstickers with a sweet Chinese mustard sauce, and crispy shrimp spring rolls are just some of the offerings during this fun event.
