Calling all ninjas! The double salmon ladder and unstable bridge are ready to be conquered Saturday, November 7th at iCore Fitness in West Chester, PA for the area's first ever National Ninja League qualifying competition.
iCore Fitness is one of only 11 gyms in the country hosting a qualifying event. Athletes will be tested in 4 stages of courses from agility, balance, grip and strength. Only the top 5 men and women from stage 1 will be able to move onto the championship level where they will face off with top ninjas from across America. The remaining stages will determine who wins this local competition.
Space is limited for competitors; spectators can watch for free!
