'Style Battling' is a fresh, accessible, pulse-racing new art form, invented by House of Diehl, and inspired by MC battling & Haute Couture. Local Lagerfelds in each city face off in knock-out rounds of rapid design working against the clock, on live models, live on stage. Competitors innovate to dominate the runway: Cut, taped, burnt, draped recycled garments and ordinary objects are the raw materials for bold new fashion in under 5 minutes. Its DESIGN OR DIE as celebrity judges and the audience witness the work and the runway 'walk-off' to pick which battler stays in the game. The first US tour went down last fall to mad praise across the world. STYLE WARS 08 IS NEXT!
