Earth Day Celebration
On Saturday, April 20, 2024, Cape May County Park & Zoo will co-host its Annual Earth Day Celebration with the Cape May County MUA. With this year's theme "Planet vs. Plastics" it will be the largest Earth Day event in Cape May County. There are plans for more local and global environment friendly exhibitors than ever before.
The Cape May County Park and Zoo is the perfect location for this day of fun and learning. Hands on educational exhibits, children’s amusements, live entertainment, a variety of environmental eco-shops, scavenger hunt; all which will guarantee a day of earth friendly fun. Large tents on the center field will showcase educational exhibits. The Bandstand nearby will feature the entertainment for the day. Crafters, various vendors, and a food court surround the field and complete the venue.
The first 100 guests to bring gently used reusable shopping bags, empty ink cartridges or no longer wanted cell phones or tablets, will receive a free one of a kind event T-shirt!
Join us for a day of interactive learning and animal inspired fun from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm on Saturday, April 20 at Cape May County Park & Zoo, 707 Route 9 North, Cape May Court House.
