STEAM Thursdays: History Center Mini Camp-Painter for a Day at the Museum
Join the Avalon History Center for a peek at what Avalon looked like back in the late 1880s and how Avalon, your beautiful summer resort, was born. Through incredible photos, drawings and paintings, the museum team will take you back to a time when Avalon looked more like a heavily forested land with surprise fresh water lakes and streams all over the island. Wear your grubby clothes & get ready to paint! This activity is for ages 7 to 12. Attendees under 8 must be accompanied by an adult caregiver. Registration is required and opens on June 24 at 9:30 AM.
