We are quickly approaching the one year mark since the beginning of the COVID-19 shutdown that began in March of 2020. Although there are many restrictions still in place, the city along with the CDC have found ways to safely open up dining, attractions and a number of socially distanced events. 2021 is forcing us to think and act differently, so here are some of the exciting things going on around us.

Here are a few winter activities currently open in Philadelphia:

Dilworth Park, at the heart of Philadelphia, is beautifully lit with thousands of lights, a winter garden and an ice skating rink through February 2021! This park is free to walk through although tickets are required for ice skating. See here for more information CCD Parks | Winter (centercityphila.org)

Blue Cross RiverRink Winterfest has cabins, firepits, games and amusements surrounding their ice skating rink. Located right along the Delaware River with great food and cocktails this is a one stop spot for the whole family!
