In this demonstration, Annette will be whipping up one of her favorite "Nonna" desserts--a dreamy lemon ricotta cake. However, Annette does not just talk about Italian food. As a resident in a very unique region ( a lesser known part of Northern Tuscany) Annette has found a lot of traditional recipes, ingredients and techniques that haven't been abandoned.
