Taking over The Standard on Mondays, Amasa will bring its team, hospitality, signature dishes and beverage program to the space for an immersive preview of what's to come. Guests will have the opportunity to experience the restaurant's Baja-inspired, seafood-forward menu, handcrafted margaritas and welcoming atmosphere weeks before the official opening.
The collaboration with The Standard offers Alpharetta diners an early look at one of the city's most anticipated restaurant openings while highlighting the local hospitality community's support of new concepts.
Featured menu items will include Amasa's award-winning Baja Fish Taco, winner of Best Entrée at the 2026 Taste of Alpharetta, along with Sweet Corn Esquites, ceviche, Carne Asada Fries, churros and more. The menu is 100 percent gluten-free, reflecting the restaurant's commitment to creating an elevated dining experience accessible to all guests.
