The upcoming spring edition of the Atlanta Home Show,running March 7-9 at the Cobb Galleria features celebrity guests Dave and Jenny Marrs from HGTV’s wildly popular “From Fixer to Fabulous”, as well as a immersive home tour created by Bradford Homes. Dave and Jenny Marrs are a husband-and-wife duo who transform fixer uppers into fabulous homes. On the show, viewers follow along as they focus on restoring historic homes in their neighborhood of Bentonville, Arkansas. Together, they have completed around 300 custom new homes and run Marrs Developing, a company that specializes in the renovation and restoration of historic homes. Guests can bring all their design and renovation questions to Dave and Jenny on the Fresh Ideas Stage on Saturday, March 8 at 1 pm. with a meet and greet to follow and Sunday, March 9 at 1 p.m. (no meet and greet). The show also features an immersive luxury homebuilding experience from Bradford Homes. The tour begins in a fully functional chef’s kitchen featuring Wolf, Sub-Zero, and Cambria quartz. Guests can experience “Walk Your Plans, cutting-edge technology that lets consumers explore floor plans in real scale. The exhibit transitions seamlessly to a resort-style outdoor living display, featuring Belgard Hardscapes by StoneCraft. Other show highlights include the Ask A Master Gardener, a series of stage presentations and one-on-one advice. Bring your questions to their booth space and get answers from University of Georgia’s Master Gardener Extension Volunteer Program experts. To recognize local frontline heroes, the show celebrates Hero Day every day. All active military personnel, veterans, police, fire, first responders and teachers are invited to attend the show free of charge. Simply present valid ID at the box office. Seniors aged 65+ are also recognized with complimentary admission every day (must present valid ID at box office). In addition, the show hosts Trade Day on Friday, March 7. All home-related tradespeople and members of these organizations: NARI, Realtors, HBA, NKBA, NADRA, GaREIA, AIA, NAIPC, Atlanta Area Chapter Appraisal Institute, and ASID receive complimentary admission on Friday with valid ID. Show hours are Friday 10 a.m. – 6 p.m.; Saturday 10 a.m.- 8 p.m. and Sunday 11 a.m. – 5 p.m. Tickets at the box office are $11 for adults age 13+, admission is free for children 13 and under.
