Stand-Up 4 Recovery Presents: Monthly Comedy Show for and by People in Recovery (Addiction & Mental)

STAND-UP 4 RECOVERY (SU4R) kicks off its monthly comedy show, One Night At A Time! Each month SU4R presents sober-friendly events for people in recovery by comedians in recovery from addiction and/or mental health challenges. Recovery is about connection, and comedy is a connection through laughter. SU4R shows that not only is recovery real, but it can also be real fun. They remind us that while recovery is serious, we shouldn’t take ourselves too seriously. Allies and sober-curious welcome! Sharing their experience, strength, and jokes, this award-winning comedy show’s goal is to exemplify resilience, reduce stigma, and serve as a beacon of hope for those in and seeking recovery. The series is hosted by Richie Satori and features a cast of national touring comedians in recovery from around the US.
