ASW / GA Conservancy Bottle Release Party

We've selected something special with our friends at ASW Distillery and we'd love for you to celebrate with us! Join the Georgia Conservancy and ASW on April 24th as we launch and release bottles from our special Georgia Conservancy-picked barrel of Fiddler Georgia Heartwood Bourbon. A few different ticket options are available for entry to the launch party event, as well as for reserving bottles of the Georgia Conservancy's Fiddler Georgia Heartwood Bourbon, of which only 180 were made! The ticket options for the launch party event includes ASW cocktails and food from Atlanta's Local Three Kitchen + Bar restaurant. There will also be live music by Rome, GA's Russell Cook & The Sweet Teeth! From ASW Distillery: Spend your Whiskey Wednesday with ASW and Georgia Conservancy as we launch their first-ever Barrel Pick! Join us for a special celebration with Georgia Conservancy and release of their single barrel pick of Fiddler Georgia Heartwood Bourbon. Fiddler Georgia Heartwood sees our world-famous high-wheat Bourbon (51% corn, 45% wheat, 4% barley malt) aged approximately 6 years in a new, charred, white oak barrels before we finish it with hand-charred Georgia oak staves harvested by our Master Distiller Justin Manglitz. Each barrel of Fiddler Georgia Heartwood Bourbon finishes with a custom number of staves, which means each barrel offers unique & nuanced flavor profiles. This unique single barrel pick by Georgia Conservancy, was finished with 15 staves Georgia white oak and will be bottled at Cask Strength, coming in around 115 proof. This selection of Fiddler GA Heartwood has the classic sweetness profile of a high-wheat bourbon with caramel and vanilla notes, layered with baking spice and tons of oak characteristic for a long, complex finish."
