Author Talk and Knitting Circle: Nicole Nehrig, "With Her Own Hands"
The book traces the history the many ways in which women around the world have used textiles to support to their own liberation and self-expression.
To celebrate, join us at The Spinnery for a knitting circle, tea, and cookies. During the knitting circle, Dr. Nehrig will share some of the history from her book.
The event is free and all are welcome. The refreshments are included, courtesy of the Bookshop. Signed copies will be available for purchase.
