Yin Yoga & Sound Bath at Stony Run Winery
Join us for an evening of slow-paced yin yoga, surrounded by the sounds and vibrations of a restorative sound bath.
Hosted by LaTasha Thomas of Zen Holistics outdoors on the spacious grounds at the tasting room.

The session will begin at 5:30 PM and end approximately at 7 PM.

Afterwards, head into the tasting room for your complementary glass of wine or cocktail, included with your session ticket. Sip away and continue your relaxation as the sun begins to set and enjoy the views our tasting room has to offer!
In the event of rain, we will move the session to our lower-level indoor event space.
