An American Celebration in Stockertown
The Stockertown Borough Special Events Committee is excited to have their first summer event to help celebrate America's 250th anniversary as well as Stockertown Borough's 125th anniversary. Come to hear the national anthem as performed by a town local. That will be followed up with a Veteran's Ceremony to recognize the residents, both past and present, who have fought for our freedoms. Bring a few camping chairs so you can hang out and take advantage of the beautiful scenery and games for both old and young to play! Stop into the Rod & Gun Club hall to play bingo, put in for a few tricky tray baskets and even buy yourself and your family a picnic dinner! A free cake will be cut at 6:30PM and a night time movie will play starting at 8PM. We would love to see you all there!
