Shankweiler's Drive-In Theatre Ribbon-Cutting Ceremony
Join us for an afternoon celebration ahead of our 89th birthday!
April 15th, from 11am to 12pm, we will be joined by the Western Lehigh Chamber of Commerce at the drive-in to cut the ribbon and officiate our exciting journey as the new stewards of this historic theater.
We see the drive-in as not just a landmark business, but a centerpiece for the community; a place of togetherness that we hope to grow and evolve to accommodate a wide range of locally-focused events and happenings for our neighbors. We are committed to expanding community involvement and local engagement as we head into the 2023 season and beyond.
So come out and celebrate with us! The snack bar will be open with complimentary popcorn and snacks, and we'll be back that evening to kick off our 89th birthday celebration during our normal drive-in hours! Stay tuned for more details!
