Drive-In Double Feature: DESPICABLE ME 4 and A QUIET PLACE DAY 1

It's a big week at Shankweiler's as we enter into our final run of Despicable Me 4! We have an exciting and suspenseful new cofeature with A Quiet Place: Day One. We also have special guests and activities this weekend! On Friday, July 19th, we will be joined by Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Lehigh Valley, who will be set up with a booth with Bigs to share their stories and experiences. There are 393 youth in the Lehigh Valley that are waiting to be matched with a caring mentor through Big Brothers Big Sisters. Join us and learn how you can help! We will also be joined by Hanks Italian Ice Co. from Emmaus, PA! They will be set up at the drive-in and serving their gourmet Italian ice. It's the perfect frosty treat for a summer evening at Shankweiler's! On Saturday, July 20th, Friends of Parkland Community Library will be hosting a free story time event under our screen at 7:30pm! Be sure to arrive with an appetite, because a portion of our snack bar proceeds will be donated to Friends of PCL to help support library programming in our own community! We also welcome back our friends from Easton Wine Project, who will be on-site with their iconic Wine Wagon, serving up wine slushies for our 21+ crowd!
