CARS 20th Anniversary at the Drive-In
Ka‐Chow! Labor Day Weekend kicks off a 20th‐anniversary celebration that brings some high octane energy to the final laps of our summertime seven-night spree before we shift gears into our fall operating schedule. CARS returns to the drive‐in for a rare cinematic event.
This iconic Disney/Pixar modern classic is especially meaningful to Lauren and me, as it pays homage to the Mother Road, Route 66, and the communities and attractions that still dot the historic highway. Our own journey along this route was a major inspiration for becoming the next stewards of Shankweiler’s! So join us for one last big summer road trip as we present a rare opportunity to see Cars on our giant screen under the stars.
This presentation will be shown as a double feature. Our cofeature will be announced closer to the event.
