Shop & Be Merry

During all three weekends enjoy live music in Josiah White Park, but especially on the second weekend of December the Jim Thorpe Tourism Agency is hosting their second annual Shop & Be Merry event. This ticketed event for only $30 gets participants a commemorative tote bag filled with holiday goodies. Enjoy a stemless wine glass, a Christmas candle, a Jim Thorpe ornament, sample soap from Conjured, balsamic vinaigrette from Jim Thorpe Olive Oil Co., and special coupons valued at over $200. Purchase your ticket online and pick up your bag during this weekend at the Pocono Mountain Visitors Center located at the Jim Thorpe train station. You’ll also receive a punch card to be completed by visiting participating businesses in the historic district. Once completed, return the card for a chance to win one of 50 prizes. Some businesses offer special discounts for punch card holders. Win awesome prizes like family passes to Kalahari, Blue Mountain, and JFBB ski resorts, plus many more!
