Summer Yoga at House and Barn
It's time to embrace the sun and warmer weather with this fun, easygoing yoga class for June. If it's a beautiful enough day, we'll be outdoors enjoying the fresh air! Bring your sunglasses and/or your bug spray ;)
Of course, should there ever be a turn for bad weather, we always have the cozy Barn waiting for us. No weather cancellations here!
Enjoy any Moscow Mule or non-alcoholic beverage - which is included in your price - while you relax and find a little peace. The cozy atmosphere, with hanging lights and a fire place, will instantly calm you. Sarah brings some fun to the class by having you utilize your drink in a few of the yoga poses. Don't worry, we are never here to judge and only to have a good time!
You don't need much but your own yoga mat and some water. If you have yoga props like blocks and blankets, please feel free to bring them! Everything else is provided by Sarah and the House and Barn.
