Energy healing with sound
Join us for a weekly series of relaxing and joyful Energy Healing with sound at Creative Spirit Easton, every Saturday 10-11am.
What to expect:
Creative Spirit’s founder and creator Marisa will guide us through a guided meditation & provide calming Reiki healing.
Elaheh is an Iranian vocalist and creative healer who works with sound and voice as a healing method. She chants and weaves Persian lyrics into her sounds accompanied by a Shruti Box, a harmonium-like instrument with Chinese and Indian roots.
Attendees have described this event as a church-like experience, deeply relaxing and sacred.
What to bring:
- You are welcome to bring a yoga mat, pillow, and eye mask.
- We have a limited number of mats and pillows should you need them.
- You can lay down for the entire hour or sit in a comfortable position and let us guide you into to full relaxation. We also have chairs.
- Tea will be provided.
- Come as you are; wear comfortable clothing.
- No experience necessary.
